William H. Smith and Associates P.C. Surveying Consultants (WHS) was established in 1967 by its founder William H. Smith (Bill). With his son coming up through the ranks along his side, John I. Dolinar Sr. was able to gain the knowledge and experience to take over WHS and maintain and operate the high standards that Bill would expect to see. John now has over 38 years experience in surveying and operating a successful company. Being licensed in Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico and Arizona.

Since the start of WHS,surveying has made leaps and bounds in technology and accuracy. With the high standard the company keeps, they are able to stay abreast with the newest software and equipment it takes to maintain the quality work they produce.

WHS is staffed with its trained associates to handle any amount of work in Drafting, Surveying, Consulting, Clerical, Reproduction and Billing.

WHS will continue to provide the best services available to their clients.
